CHANGE OF MIND

If (for any reason) you change your mind and decide not to continue your project with us after placing your order, you can request a refund within the first hour of placing your order. In other cases, there will be no refund at all.

INCOMPETENT DELIVERY

Once the work has been delivered, customers are not entitled to a refund until they have exhausted all the options described below;

If it does not meet the project requirements (as requested/documented by the customer). We are committed to providing our customers with 100% satisfaction and offering unlimited reviews to ensure delivery matches the brand. We assign, reassign and rewrite your work to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Reserve your site for FREE for the future, but with the same value and you can use it at any time.

If we are still unable to deliver what you have requested, the refund will be processed by mutual agreement at a specified percentage (but only in cases where the delivery is completely off-brand).

DELAYED DELIVERY

We believe in "on-time delivery," but if for any reason we do not deliver the requested service on time, after contacting us after at least three attempts, the refund will be processed as soon as documentary evidence proves that the delayed delivery was the fault of the company.

PAYMENT TIME

Refunds must be made within 120 days of delivery. Refunds requested after the deadline will not be recognized. All customers must meet the deadline to request a refund when placing an order.

CASES WHERE PAYMENT IS NOT MADE

In case of delay in delivery due to slight technical errors such as grammatical errors, typos, number of words, missing references, etc., the refund will be established by mutual agreement and the company will only deal with partial refunds or discounts reserved for future purchases.

The company is not responsible for any delays from the customer's end.
